This domain has been seized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation pursuant to a seizure warrant issued by the United States District Court for the Central District of California under the authority of 18 U.S.C. §1030(i)(1)(A) as part of a coordinated law enforcement action taken against money laundering, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, and the operation of an unlicensed money transmitting business.
All associated servers, user databases, financial records, and cryptocurrency assets have been seized and are subject to federal forfeiture. Server access logs have been preserved for evidence and ongoing investigation.
Violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1030 and related statutes carry a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine per count. Individuals attempting to bypass this seizure or reconstruct this infrastructure will be subject to prosecution.
